Having similar tastes, and also read 'The Poisonwood Bible', and been similarly impressed, I have been captivated by his book reviews.My favourite quotation is-"A man is effective to the degree that he is able to concentrate'.I concentrate with assiduous and focused zeal.Having been an architectural designer, I found that being able to concentrate with a dedicated degree of application, has its rewards.And I agree wiyth Ruby Barnes, when he says:"You must dedicate yourselves to a particular pursuit.And in this way, you achieve a level of immersion and eventual expertise that unavoidably places the 'amateur' label on others less devoted".Unquote.
